Fireflies is a branded card in the Integrations gallery in the Meetings category — Fireflies’ own hosted MCP server, with the address and authentication already fixed by the card. An Org Admin adds the integration to your organization once; after that, each member connects their own Fireflies account. There’s nothing to type.
Read this before you connect. Anything the agent reads from a meeting can appear in the project conversation, and every member of that project can see that conversation. A transcript may contain other people’s words, including client-confidential or privileged material. You are responsible for having recorded those meetings lawfully and with the consent of the other participants. Parlé does not ask them, and their words may be surfaced to the agent and to the project.

What it gives the agent

Once you’ve connected your account and the integration is enabled on a project, the agent can search your recorded meetings, read transcripts, summaries and action items, and list your recent meetings. You can ask in plain language (“what did we decide about the rollout in Tuesday’s call?”) and it finds and quotes the relevant meeting. Only meetings your Fireflies account can see are available. Fireflies’ access request is limited to identifying your account (profile) and seeing its email address (email). Those are identity scopes, and they cannot narrow what the agent can do afterwards. The agent can use whatever tools Fireflies’ server offers, which may include tools that change data in your Fireflies account, and Parlé does not ask you to approve each use. Treat a connected Fireflies account as one the agent can act in, not just read.

Who it’s for: User scope only

Fireflies is available at User scope only. Each member connects their own account, and the integration cannot be shared organization-wide or project-wide. A meeting transcript belongs to the person whose account recorded it, and to the other people in the meeting. A shared credential would let every member’s agent read one person’s meetings without their consent, so Parlé refuses any other scope rather than just hiding it. See Choosing who the credential belongs to for what User scope means in general, including the fan-out consequence: in a shared project conversation, what the agent fetches with your account is visible to the whole project.

Connecting

1

An Org Admin adds the integration

Go to Org settings → Integrations → Tools, select Add integration, and choose the Fireflies card. Only an Org Admin can do this. The scope is fixed to User, so nobody authenticates at this point.
2

Open My Integrations

Each member who wants the agent to use their meetings goes to My Integrations and finds Fireflies. The warning above is shown beside Connect.
3

Approve access at Fireflies

Select Connect. You’re sent to Fireflies to sign in and approve access, then returned to Parlé with the card showing Connected.
The connect flow follows the same mechanics as any OAuth 2.0 integration — see Part 2 — Authentication for what Reconnect required and Reconnect recommended mean.
You’ll need an active Fireflies account. Check Fireflies’ own documentation for any plan or admin requirements on its side.

Enabling it on a project

A Project Admin still has to switch Fireflies on for each project from the Tools tab (see Part 3). The tool then appears in conversations as soon as the integration is enabled and any member has connected. A member who hasn’t connected yet gets a plain-language prompt to do so from My Integrations. The agent only ever uses the account of the member whose conversation made the call, and the answer is labelled with whose account fetched it.

Reconnecting and access renewal

Parlé renews Fireflies access automatically in the background. If Fireflies stops accepting the stored authorization — revoked, expired, or the granted scopes changed — the card shows Reconnect required, and the integration stops working for that member until they approve access again from My Integrations.

Disconnecting

Select Disconnect on your Fireflies card in My Integrations. This deletes your stored credential from Parlé’s vault and removes your connection, so the agent can no longer use your account. Before deleting it, Parlé asks Fireflies to revoke the access Fireflies issued. That request is best effort: if it fails, the disconnect still goes ahead. That Fireflies actually ends the access on its side hasn’t been confirmed against a live account, so to be certain it’s gone, also remove Parlé’s access yourself in your Fireflies account settings (for example under its integrations or developer settings). Removing the whole integration for your organization starts the same 14-day grace window as any other integration. See Part 5 — Maintaining an integration.
