Parlé Plans: Team, Business, Business Elite, and Enterprise Compared

Parlé offers four plans designed to match where your firm is in its AI adoption journey — from a small team piloting shared AI conversations to a fully governed, unlimited-seat deployment with your own storage, identity infrastructure and model deployments. All plans give you per-project budgets, expense codes, and multi-provider model access (BYOK). The tiers differ in seat and project capacity, storage, SSO, own-storage integration, bring-your-own model deployments, and organization knowledge. Understanding model spend

Model spend is the cost of the AI API calls that Parlé routes through your connected provider keys. When you send a message in a project conversation, Parlé calls the model on your behalf using the API key you supplied in Org settings → Models, records the token counts and cost against the project’s budget, and passes the charge on to your provider account. Team plan: Your entire organization shares a $10/mo model spend cap across all projects and seats. Once that cap is reached, new messages are blocked until the following month. This is intentionally enough to run a meaningful pilot on one or two engagements. Business, Business Elite and Enterprise plans: Model spend is uncapped within Parlé. You pay your model provider directly through your own API keys (Bring Your Own Key). Managed Models

These are models that you can use that Parlé is hosting. This allows you to try models that you don’t have a relationship with, or open models you don’t want to host yourself. The cost of these models is deducted from your Credit Wallet, which is always held in US dollars. Managed models are available on every plan, including Team. Research tasks and live artifacts always run on Parlé Managed models, never on your own keys. Parlé needs to know that a capable model is available for them and that it has been tested with the instructions these features rely on. What happens if your plan changes

If your organization moves to a plan with fewer features, or goes over a limit on your current plan:

• You keep your data. Nothing is deleted because a feature is no longer included or a limit has been reached.
• Features outside your plan stop working for new use, but what you already have stays visible. You can still view and remove what you created with a feature your plan no longer includes.
• Private projects stay private. A restricted project never becomes visible to the rest of the organization just because the plan changed.
• Going over a limit blocks adding more, not what is already there. For example, if you are over your seat or storage limit, you cannot add another seat or file until you are back under it, but nobody is removed and nothing already stored is deleted.
• Losing Auto stops routing, and nothing else. Each conversation on Auto stays on the model it last used, with a one-line note, and nothing is refused. See Set Up Auto.
• Losing model policy never loosens a rule. Your model rules and per-message spending limits keep applying. You can remove them, but not add new ones or raise a limit. See Model Policy.
• Losing Integrations stops adding and using them, not what you already connected. You cannot connect a new integration or count on the agent calling one it already had, but every integration you configured stays visible, and anyone who connected their own account can still view and disconnect it.
