Understanding model spend

Model spend is the cost of the AI API calls that ParleHub routes through your connected provider keys. When you send a message in a project conversation, ParleHub calls the model on your behalf using the API key you supplied in Settings > Model Providers, records the token counts and cost against the project’s budget, and passes the charge on to your provider account. Free plan: Your entire organization shares a $10/mo model spend cap across all projects and seats. Once that cap is reached, new messages are blocked until the following month. This is intentionally enough to run a meaningful pilot on one or two engagements without any financial commitment. Team plan: Model spend is uncapped within ParleHub. You pay your model provider directly through your own API keys (Bring Your Own Key). ParleHub enforces the per-project budgets you set and the org-wide and personal caps you configure, but it does not add a markup or impose a ceiling above those limits. Enterprise plan: Same as Team — uncapped through BYOK, with all the per-project and org-level enforcement tools — plus dedicated support to help you structure budgets, configure storage, and roll out across your firm.
