Creating a project
1
Open the New Project dialog
From the ParleHub sidebar, click New Project. The project creation dialog opens.
2
Enter project details
Type a project name, enter the client’s expense code, and set a budget limit. The budget tracks cumulative AI usage costs across all conversations in the project.
3
Add members
Search for colleagues by name or email and add them as members. You can also add members later from the project’s Settings tab. See Roles & Permissions for the difference between project admins and members.
4
Choose allowed models
Select which AI models team members can use inside this project. Restricting models to an approved set helps control costs and keeps outputs consistent for compliance-sensitive engagements.
Project anatomy
Every project is made up of four core components that work together to capture and preserve the full context of an engagement.Expense Code & Budget
Each project is tagged with a client expense code and a budget cap. AI usage costs roll up to the project, making it straightforward to allocate spend at billing time.
Conversations
All AI threads live inside the project and are visible to every member. New conversations inherit the project’s model allowlist and cost tracking automatically.
Members
Only members of a project can see its conversations and files. Project admins can add or remove members and adjust model permissions at any time.
File Storage
Upload PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint files to the project’s Files tab. The AI can search and read these files directly as grounded tool calls.
Project visibility
Only the members you explicitly add to a project can see its conversations, files, and settings. If you are not a member, the project does not appear in your sidebar — not even the project name. Org admins can view all projects in the organization for billing and compliance purposes, but they do not automatically join conversations. On Enterprise plans, workspace admins can create private projects visible only to a named set of partners or principals, and shared projects available to everyone in a practice group or office. This two-tier model lets you handle sensitive matters — M&A work, compensation reviews, regulatory investigations — without mixing them into the standard project list.Free plan workspaces are limited to 3 active projects at a time. Archive a completed engagement to free up a slot, or upgrade to the Team or Enterprise plan for more projects.
