Inviting Members
Send email invitations directly from the Members settings page. Invitees receive a link they must click to accept before their account is activated.1
Open the Members Settings
Navigate to Settings → Members. You’ll see a list of all current org members and any pending invitations.
2
Click Invite Member
Select Invite Member in the top-right corner of the Members page.
3
Enter the Email Address and Select a Role
Type the invitee’s work email address, then choose their org role:
- Org Admin — full access to all org settings, all projects, and all usage analytics
- Member — access only to the projects they are explicitly added to
4
Send the Invitation
Click Send Invite. ParleHub sends a confirmation email to the address you entered. The invitation expires after 72 hours if not accepted. You can resend or revoke pending invitations from the Members list.
SSO-Enabled Organizations
If your organization has configured SSO, members can sign in through your identity provider (such as Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace) without needing to accept a separate ParleHub password invite. However, SSO alone does not grant access — you still control who belongs to the org by managing user provisioning in your IdP. Users who authenticate via SSO but have not been provisioned for ParleHub will be denied entry.Changing a Member’s Role
You can promote a member to org admin or demote an org admin to member at any time. Navigate to Settings → Members, click the member’s name, then select a new role from the Role dropdown and save. Role changes take effect immediately — the member will see updated permissions on their next action within the workspace.Removing a Member
Removing a member revokes their access to the org and all projects instantly. Navigate to Settings → Members, click the member’s name, then click Remove from Org and confirm. The member can no longer sign in to your ParleHub workspace. If SSO is configured with automatic deprovisioning, disabling the user’s account in your IdP achieves the same result without a manual step in ParleHub.Plan Seat Limits
ParleHub enforces seat limits based on your subscription plan:
If you attempt to invite a member after reaching your plan’s seat limit, ParleHub will prompt you to upgrade before the invitation can be sent. Upgrade your plan from Settings → Billing.
Per-User Spending Limits
Org admins can set a monthly AI spending cap for each member. This limit applies across all projects the member participates in, acting as a personal backstop on top of any project budgets. Navigate to Settings → Spending Limits → Per-User Limits. From here you can:- Set a default cap that applies to every member who does not have a custom limit
- Set an individual cap for a specific member by clicking their name and entering a dollar amount
