# My Integrations: Connect Your Own Account to a ParleHub Integration

> Connect your own account to an integration your organization has approved, see what's connected, and disconnect any time — from your personal settings.

**My Integrations** is for everyone, not just Org Admins. It's where you connect your own account to an integration your organization has set up to work with **User** scope — each member's own access, rather than one shared connection (see [Choosing who the credential belongs to](/tools/integration-scopes)).

## What you'll find there

Reach it from **Profile & preferences → My Integrations**. The list shows every integration your organization has approved for User scope, with your own connection status against each: **Connect**, **Reconnect**, or **Disconnect**.

* **You can only ever see and act on your own connection.** Nobody else's credential shows up here, and nobody else — including an Org Admin — can connect, view, or disconnect yours.
* **You can't add an integration of your own.** The list only ever shows what an Org Admin has already approved; My Integrations is for connecting to something that already exists, not registering something new.

## Connecting

1. Open **My Integrations** and find the integration.
2. Select **Connect**. You're sent to the provider to approve access — the same OAuth approval you'd see for any other application — and returned to ParleHub once it's done.
3. The entry now shows **Connected**, with the account you approved it under.

Once you've connected, the agent uses your account for that integration in every project conversation it's enabled in — and in your personal conversations too. Any reply that used your credential names you in the message, visible to everyone who can see it; see [the fan-out consequence](/tools/integration-scopes#the-fan-out-consequence-and-why-its-accepted) for what that means in a shared project.

## If you haven't connected yet

An integration set to User scope can still show up in a shared project conversation before you've connected it yourself — a teammate may already have. If you ask the agent to use it and you haven't connected your own account, it tells you plainly that it needs you to connect, with a link straight to this page. The turn still completes; you just don't get an answer from that particular tool until you connect.

## Disconnecting

Select **Disconnect** on any connected entry. This takes effect immediately: your authorization is revoked at the provider, your credential is deleted from ParleHub's vault, and the agent stops using your account for that integration from that point on — in every conversation, not just the one you happen to be in.

You can disconnect at any time, for any reason, and it never affects anyone else's connection to the same integration.

  Leaving your organization, or being deactivated by an Org Admin, disconnects and deletes your personal integration credentials automatically — nothing you connected is left live in ParleHub's vault after your account stops being active.

## If your plan changes

If your organization's plan stops including Integrations, you can still see and disconnect what you've already connected — losing a plan never leaves you unable to unhook your own account.
